It is a PC Clock synchronization program. The program synchronizes a PC Clock to the right time using artificial satellites. It is alternative solution to synchronizing with atomic clock using NTP(SNTP) and Internet. The program works in the interactive mode or in background. It uses NMEA protocol. $GPZDA, $ZQZDA or $GPRMC protocol sentences are explored as time source. The program can be used as NMEA and COM port tester. It outputs a port receiving buffer, extracts all NMEA sentences and counts check sum errors. Default protocol version is NMEA 0183. If you want to use this program you need a GPS (Global Positioning System) unit connecting to PC's COM port. The product is free for users of BrigSoft products Atomic Clock Service, PC Atomic Sync and OS Non-Proxy Atomic Sync.

(1) The main purpose of the program is synchronizing PC clock using HTTP protocol instead NTP or SNTP protocols. Some users and system administrators need such product because they have problems with standard (NTP,SNTP) synchronization. There are firewalls that make such synchronization difficult. The program can be used on the along computer connected to the Internet and in a local network, in home and office.
(2) It works as NT Service so can be used under user login with restricted rights. The program starts to work immediately after system launching before user login. (3) It can be useful for secure using in systems that protected from Internet connection. The program can be used with inside LAN HTTP server without any outgoing connections. The script that shows the server time is delivered with it. (4) Other special feature is supporting of bad PC time hardware. If you have fluent time error you can synchronize computer every hour. The program catch jumping time error too. If time jumps the program synchronizes PC clock immediately. A standard synchronizing program will not work if NTP (Network Time Protocol) is suppressed by a proxy or a firewall. This synchronizer uses plain access to WWW pages that show standard GMT time. It will work if you have access to Internet pages.
