This is a sequel to the logic game Engineer-2. In this game a new character called Master Bill has appeared. You can control this small chubby man to pick up various bonuses. You can also collect gems: every three gems give you a random bonus. But be careful and avoid traps. To complete a level you must assemble the piping and also collect some required items, such as a golden wrench and a hummer or press the red buttons. All required items are marked with red arrows. This version of the game features a single but very vast world and each level is more interesting and challenging than the previous one. There are 100 levels in the game and almost each of them features new items and bonuses
The water pipelines throughout the world are being attacked by an unknown menace. This menace rearranges the pipes so that once the central station starts pumping water it will spill and not reach its intended communities.
Your objective as the Pipe Engineer is to fix the pipeline. You must control remotely a flying robot to fix the pipeline before time runs out and the water starts pumping from the central stations.
