Despite the visible simplicity of the interface, Comfort Paste has powerful features that will help to forget about the routine of your work and speed it up.

Comfort Paste will help you to quickly complete the following tasks:
+ Paste frequently used phrases, signatures, smiles, addresses, greetings, passwords, etc.
+ Create all kinds of messages and documents using templates.
+ Paste images from a predefined list.
+ Paste regularly repeated fragments while programming: HTML, SQL, Pascal, etc.

How does Comfort Paste work?

Every template has a name and the manager searches the database for it. Just type the name of the template or only its beginning and press Win+Space (by default).

There are three types of templates:
1. Plain text.
2. RTF (Rich Text Format) - as in MS Word, OpenOffice, MS WordPad, etc.
3. Image.

You can add various macros to text templates: keystrokes, tags for inserting random text from a predefined list, etc.

Comfort Paste includes a mechanism for quick and comfortable template configuration.

It is easy to use Comfort Paste in workgroups. To do it, just save the template file to a network resource and configure it to be used on every workstation.

P-Encrypt Secure Drive (PESD) is a program that can create virtual encrypted disk drives. These encrypted images can be connected to a windows drive letter. PESD is available for Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. PESD uses the most trusted and acceptable encryption algorithms available today, which include AES, Blowfish, Twofish, TripleDES, and Camellia. With PESD you can access your encrypted data directly from any program. PESD includes a powerful feature set: variable disk images sizes, drive firewall, stealth image mode, auto-run/auto-close program, plus more. With variable images sizes, you do not need to allocate an amount of your disk space to create an image. The image grows and shrinks when files are added or deleted. The drive firewall allows you to create an application "white list" that will be used to allow or deny programs from accessing your data. Stealth image mode allows you to create an image and disguise it as a different type of file, such as a picture or an audio file. Auto-run/Auto-close allows you to run a list of applications whenever the disk is connected or disconnected.

Word Patterns allows you to search for patterns in text. The following is only a few examples of what you can do. Create word lists from text files. Select the 'Single Words' option and Word Patterns will list each unique word from the text file of your choice. Search for double word occurrences. Learning if double words (such as 'the the') exist in text documents is simple. Select 'Double Words' and click start! Discover word and pattern frequencies. Enhance your own writing skills by analyzing the textual patterns and corresponding frequencies in your own text documents. Search for words with specific endings. In some languages, such as Japanese and Korean, parts of speech are marked by particles. A Student or linguist of these languages might benefit by having Word Patterns search for text patterns containing a particle ending (like a direct object marker) thus creating vocabulary lists of direct objects. By searching for common verb endings, a vocabulary list of verbs can be created. Search for text patterns containing words that are next to or near each other. Collect only quoted text (text enclosed by quotes) from a text document. Find all words which are in uppercase. Parse HTML files for various tags. With Word Patterns you can define your own text pattern searches by using Regular Expressions. With regular expressions, the search possibilities are tremendous! Word Patterns also allows you to save your results to a plain text file thus enabling the information to be used in a variety of ways. An educator might use Word Patterns to create a vocabulary list of glossary for students. A writer may find Word Patterns useful to help expand vocabulary and reduce (or increase) the frequency of various words in his or her own text. Data miners will find this utility especially useful in scraping data from various text documents. The applications of this tool is endless - and yet the future development of the tool is always open to suggestions.
