This program is an extension of the Game of Life that transforms the classical Life from an environment for various experiments into a genuine game with an active player and a clear goal: rival colonies of virtual germs wage a war against each other, and you takes part in this battle in real time as a commander of your own living army; the playing space can be changed by inserting various auxiliary objects (sources of life, stones, food and poison). The colonies' behavior is highly amusing and unpredictable. Your goal is to capture control over all this chaos (there is a wide choice of goals: destroying one colony by adding cells to another colony; struggle for life, space or food; suppressing aggressiveness of the enemy life sources ; and many others). Flexible settings can be adapted for any selected goal: the program keeps detailed statistics and uses it to calculate a score according to adjustable score rules; the colonies growth can be automatically ceased by an autostop condition defined by the user; player capabilities can be regulated by restrictions of input. In addition, the program gives power to change rules of birth and death that is greater than in other implementations of Conway's Life. Thus, CellFighter allows you to construct and play many various games: each game can have its own goals (score rules), condition of end (autostop condition), behavior of artificial life (rules of birth and death), player capabilities (restrictions of input) and game environment (extra types of cells). It is an entire factory of games based on wars between chaotic swarms of tiny fighters! But this is not all - the features list can be continued: adjustable colors and forms of cells; import of patterns written in the most popular formats of Life files ("picture" and "point list"); copying the playing field to memory and restoring it from memory with one press of the button; adjustable speed of evolution. Photo Gadget Pro is a shell extension that adds image editing options to Windows Explorer. It can rotate, resize, crop and rename images, add a caption and/or frame, apply different effects and filters (grayscale, invert colors, sepia, flip horizontal/vertical) and carry out format conversions. To use the program simply select image files to work with in Explorer's window, right click the selection and choose an action from the context menu. Supported image file formats are BMP, TIFF, PNG, PCX, TGA and JPG with four levels of compression. You can set a target file size for resizing and conversions to JPG format and get lossless rotation on JPG files. Crop function includes free rectangular selection, fixed size crop area and keep aspect option to constrain proportions while selecting crop area. When adding a caption you can choose between typing in text or using a graphics file. Framing is simple, single or double outline where you set width and colors. Multiple file rename mask is provided with several options including an automatic counter. If you have that kind of camera Photo Gadget Pro can also rotate images based on EXIF information.

AllWebMenus is a dhtml menu/javascript menu builder for web navigation that requires absolutely no DHTML or Javascript experience. It creates any cross-browser, popup or drop-down web menu that works alike in all browsers supporting DHTML held by all popular platforms (PC, MAC, Unix).
