Oracle Data Access Components (ODAC) is a VCL/VCL.NET/CLX component library for fast direct access to Oracle from Delphi, C++Builder, and Kylix. ODAC is heavily performance- and stress-tested to provide the fastest available native connectivity to Oracle.
